Seat of Power and Authority

 
 
 
 
 
February 22 is the feast of the Chair of St Peter.  We often reflex on this day how Jesus named Peter the rock, the foundation of His Church giving him authority of the keys of heaven as his representative.  This occurred before the huge rock in Caesarea Philippi where there is the source of the Jordon river flowing up from a spring from under the rock.  This site, also worshipped by pagans as the gates of hades with impressive temples built in front of it, would have been full of meaning for the Apostles.  Jesus was saying by coming to this site that where there is false worship now my true Church will stand.  It will not be overthrown by the devil but will bar the gates of Hades and from it will flow as protected, true and pure, the source of all good.  There are some nice shots of the area of Caesarea Philippi on this link.     
 
17 And Jesus answered him, “Blessed are you, Simon son of Jonah! For flesh and blood has not revealed this to you, but my Father in heaven. 18 And I tell you, you are Peter, and on this rock I will build my church, and the gates of Hades will not prevail against it. 19 I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven, and whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven.”

It is this authority, this seat of power and command which has been passed down through each successive Pope in the Church, this promise of continuity and security by Jesus which we celebrate that we place our trust in our Mother the Church and in her authority.  Trusting that her doctrines and sacraments will guide us unfailingly to God our Father.  But there are also several points in the Volumes where Jesus talks about the seat of power, the cathedra or throne of the Divine Will.  It's true that God assigned this position to the Head of his Church in the Popes beginning with Peter.  But God is looking towards a different seat of Power for his Divine Will to reign the seat which he had before the fall and has always worked to reclaim.
 
 
 
 
“Behold therefore the great diversity that our Supreme Being held in creating the sky, the sun, the earth and so on, from that of creating man.  In created things he put forth an enough, in a way that they can neither grow nor decrease, although he put there all our sumptuousness, beauty and magnificence of the works gone forth from our creative hands.  Instead in creating man, having to hold our seat in him and hence our dominant and working Will, he didn’t put forth an enough; no, but he gave (man) the virtue to do a multiplicity of works, of steps, of words, one different from the other.  Our Will in man would remain impeded if it might not give him the virtue to always do new works, [making him] not subject to do one work alone, to say the same word, to move his steps over a single way.  He was created by us as king of the creation, because his Creator having to live in him, the King of the kings, it was just that he who formed the residence to our Divine Being should be the little king who should dominate the same things created by us; and he himself for our love should hold the power to do not one work alone but many works, new sciences, in order to be able to begin new things, also in order to do honor to He who lives inside him, and who holding himself back with him in familiar conversation, taught him so many beautiful things to do and to say.  Therefore our love in creating man was insuperable, but so much so that it should overwhelm all the centuries in order to give love and to ask love and to form in him the Kingdom of our Divine Will.  We don’t have other goal over creatures nor other sacrifice, if not that they do our Will and this in order to give him the right of king over himself and created things, and in order to be able to live in him, with the decorum and honor of ours, that belongs to our citadel and palace.”

Each creature is designed to be God's citadel, his palace and more so each is a Kingdom unto themselves where the Divine Will is meant to reign as King.  Jesus was using Caesarea Philippi and the source of the Jordon as a visual representation of how his Will would overflow from man with the source of all goods.  His Kingdom is not of this world, it is a world of spirit and truth.


36 Jesus answered, “My kingdom is not from this world. If my kingdom were from this world, my followers would be fighting to keep me from being handed over to the Jews. But as it is, my kingdom is not from here.”

“My daughter, life, sanctity consists in two acts:  God gives his Will and the creature receives him, and afterwards the life has been formed in herself with that act of Divine Will that she has received, to re-give it as act of her will, in order to receive it again, and to give and to receive, and to receive and to give, in this is everything.  God could not give more of his continuous act of his Will to the creature; the creature could not give more to God, for as much as it is possible for (the) creature, his Divine Will received in her as formation of divine life.  In this way, to give and to receive, to receive and to give, my Divine Fiat takes dominion and forms his kingdom there, and all the interior of the creature forms as the people of the kingdom of the Divine Will, the intelligence, faithful people that glories with being directed by the Sovereign Commander of the Divine Fiat, and the crowd of thoughts that press around and aspire to know always more and to love the great King, who takes a seat as enthroned in the center of the intelligence of the creature.  The desires, the affections, the heartbeats that issue forth from the heart, augment the number of the people of my kingdom, and oh! how they crowd around his throne, they are all at attention in order to receive the divine orders and even to put forth (their) life in order to execute them; what an obedient, ordered people, are the people of the kingdom of my Fiat, there are no contentions, no dissensions, but this entire crowd of people of the interior of this fortunate creature want one thing alone, and as a trained army they put themselves in the fortress of the kingdom of my Divine Volition.  Whence when the interior of the creature becomes all my people, he emerges outside from the interior and augments the people of words, the people of works, of steps, it can be said that every act that this Celestial people forms contains the word, the written order in gold characters:  ‘Will of God.’  And when this crowd of people move in order to exercise each their office, they put forth the flag with the motto ‘Fiat’, followed by the words written with living light:  ‘We belong to the Great King of the Supreme Fiat.’  You see therefore, every creature that lets herself be dominated by my Volition forms a people for the kingdom of God.”

It's worth noting that not only is each creature an entire kingdom and people before God but that first he orders and secures the interior of the creature before allowing any visible sign or act to flow outside.  And just as he is jealous and safeguards every act of the interior of a creature living in the Divine Will so he wants us to be jealous of and hold dear all of his truths, securing and safeguarding them within ourselves and appreciating them by meditating on them.






“Are not perhaps the so many knowledges on my Will remedies?  Every manifestation and word that I say is a fortitude that I put around the weakness of the human will, it is a food that I prepare, it is a bait, a taste, a light in order to make her reacquire the lost sight.  Therefore be attentive and do not lose anything of that which my Will manifests to you, because in his time all will be served, nothing will be lost.  Do you believe that He doesn’t hold account even of one single word of that which he says?  All numbered and nothing lost; and if in your soul he has formed his chair/seat in order to deposit his truths, however the primary chair\seat holds it reserved in itself as the greatest treasure that belongs to him, in a way that if you disperse some word or manifestation that belongs to him, already the original is conserved in oneself, because that which regards my Divine Will is of infinite value and the infinite can not be nor is it subject to disperse; rather jealous he conserves his truths in the divine archives.  Therefore you also learn to be jealous and vigilant and to appreciate his holy lessons.”

It is only when everything in the creature is noble and holy, overflowing with light, and love, fully sanctified with his own image, "forming of God and of the creature one single life" that he can take up his seat of power and authority resting in his work and enjoy his creation as on the seventh day of Creation (but that's for another days discussion.)


 
“My blessed daughter, when the creature does and lives in the Divine Will, our Supreme Being darts her continually with his light, he darts her mind and casts there in her the nobility of the divine thoughts, in a way that she feels in her intelligence, memory and will, the sanctity, the remembrance of her Creator, the love, the will of He who doing as Actor forms in her the order, the divine wisdom darting her he casts there with his kisses of light the divine substance in her mind, in a way that everything is noble, everything is holy, everything is sacred in her.  This Actor of my Volition, forming his seat in the created intelligence, with his power and mastery forms there his image, darts her heart and forms there the nobility of the love, of the desires, of the affections, of the heartbeats, darts the mouth and forms the nobility of the words, darts the works and the steps and forms the holy works, the nobility of the steps, and not only darting the soul, but also the body and with his light he invests the blood and ennobles it, in a way that the creature feels flow in her blood, in her limbs the fullness, the sanctity, the substance of the Divine nobility.  This actor of my Divine Will takes the office of insuperable Craftsman, to transform God in the creature, and the creature in God.  When my Will has arrived to this, that is the greatest act that he can do, that is forming of God and of the creature one single life, rendering them inseparable the one from the other, he rests in his work, and feels such happiness, because he has conquered the creature, he has formed his work in her, and has completed his Will.  Then it seems that he says in the emphasis of his love:  I have done everything, (there) remains none other to me, than to possess her and love her.”

And how will this Kingdom be formed on the earth?  After it has filled all the interior of the creature, fully reigning and dominating and then overflowing into her exterior acts which will be to the benefit of all.  The Holy Spirit in the form of the Volition of God forms a compete act, that is another Jesus in the soul of the creature.  And this will be his reign upon the earth, to have a Jesus in each creature that wants to live all and only of Divine Will.  And each will have as center, reigning and supreme on his throne all Divine and not earthly, the Divine Will.

 
 

“My daughter, when my Divine Will wants to do a completed act in the creature, and do you know what it means a complete act of my Will? it means complete act, of God, in which he encloses sanctity, beauty, love, power and light to make Heavens and earth astonished, God himself must feel enraptured, but so much so as to form his seat, his throne of glory in this complete act of his, which will serve to himself and will descend as beneficent dew to the benefit of all creatures.  Hence in order to do this complete act, I must dispose over you a new cross, not given to any other in order to mature you and to make rise in you the dispositions that are needed there, you in order to receive and I in order to do this complete act of his Will, without anything, one does not do anything, therefore you in order to receive and we in order to give new things, we had to dispose new crosses, that united to the continuous work of our Volition should prepare all for an act so great.

You must know that my Fiat has never left you, therefore you feel his sweet impression and ruling over every fiber, motion, desire of your volition, jealous of you and of his own complete act that he wanted to do, he held and maintained his royal dominion, but do you know why, a sweet and dear secret, listen to me:  as my Volition dominated your mind, your look, your word, thus he formed your Jesus in your mind, his look in yours, his word in yours, as he dominated the fibers, the motion, the heart, thus he formed his fibers, the motion, your Jesus’s heart in you, and as he dominated you the works, the steps, all your being, thus he formed his works, his steps, all Jesus in you.  Now if my Will might have given you the liberty to do your acts, even in the most little and innocent things, he would not have been able to form your Jesus in you, and I of human will am not able to, nor do I want to live, nor would my Volition have taken the appointment of forming myself in the soul, if he might not be secure that I might find my same Will, with which my Humanity was animated; it will be really this his reign upon the earth, to form so many Jesuses, for how many creatures want to live of Divine Will, with Jesus in souls, his kingdom will have its sumptuousness, sublimity, its luxury, of unheard of things, and it will be secure.  And then in the kingdom of my Divine Fiat I will have so many living Jesuses that love me, glorify me, and will give me complete glory.  Therefore I so very long for this kingdom, and you also long for it, nor occupy yourself with other, leave me to do, trust me, and I will think to everything.”

Them bones, Them bones, Them dry bones, now hear the word of the Lord




The imagery of the Valley of dry bones in the book of Ezekiel is both dramatic and haunting.  Like most things from God there are many different levels of meaning.  There is the most direct one which speaks of the house of Israel and how even though they seemingly were dead and unable to rise God would restore them to life and to their land making of them a mighty nation.  It is also interpreted by many as the promise of the resurrection and of eternal life for the saints.  But there is another interpretation relevant to our days and the Kingdom of the Divine Will which deals with the Mystical Body of Christ.

There is a passage in the Volumes, Vol. 13, Jan. 11, 1922 where Luisa asks the Lord, "All the children of the Church are members of the Mystical Body, of which Jesus is the Head.  What place will the souls who do the Will of God occupy in this Mystical Body?"  We'll get to that in a bit but first I'd like to examine this valley of bones and their rebirth in view of the Mystical Body of Christ, his Church and Bride.

Now following the fall of Adam and Eve in God's eyes, man was dead, dead to the life of the Divine Will and thereby the Divine Life that they were originally gifted with.  Each act that was before animated by a Divine Will and therefore became a Divine Life was dead.  That's a lot of dry bones.  This is the state of man, a valley full of dead, dried out bones, impossible to revive by any natural means.  Even though man might be appear alive and walking and moving, before God he was as dead.  But God will not be frustrated in his plans and through the prophet Ezekiel he outlined his plan to deal with his creature slain by original sin.
 
 
 

The hand of the Lord came upon me, and he brought me out by the spirit of the Lord and set me down in the middle of a valley; it was full of bones. He led me all around them; there were very many lying in the valley, and they were very dry. He said to me, “Mortal, can these bones live?” I answered, “O Lord God, you know.” Then he said to me, “Prophesy to these bones, and say to them: O dry bones, hear the word of the Lord. Thus says the Lord God to these bones: I will cause breath to enter you, and you shall live. I will lay sinews on you, and will cause flesh to come upon you, and cover you with skin, and put breath in you, and you shall live; and you shall know that I am the Lord.”

So I prophesied as I had been commanded; and as I prophesied, suddenly there was a noise, a rattling, and the bones came together, bone to its bone. I looked, and there were sinews on them, and flesh had come upon them, and skin had covered them; but there was no breath in them. Then he said to me, “Prophesy to the breath, prophesy, mortal, and say to the breath: Thus says the Lord God: Come from the four winds, O breath, and breathe upon these slain, that they may live.” 10 I prophesied as he commanded me, and the breath came into them, and they lived, and stood on their feet, a vast multitude.

11 Then he said to me, “Mortal, these bones are the whole house of Israel. They say, ‘Our bones are dried up, and our hope is lost; we are cut off completely.’ 12 Therefore prophesy, and say to them, Thus says the Lord God: I am going to open your graves, and bring you up from your graves, O my people; and I will bring you back to the land of Israel. 13 And you shall know that I am the Lord, when I open your graves, and bring you up from your graves, O my people. 14 I will put my spirit within you, and you shall live, and I will place you on your own soil; then you shall know that I, the Lord, have spoken and will act, says the Lord.”

 All the members of the people of God are members of the Mystical Body of God.  Each of us have gifts to contribute but there is also an evolution which God has been unveiling over the ages in his people, revealing, preparing, building on in order to obtain his final goal; a whole, complete, healthy, beautiful, sanctified Bride.  One can see this progression in the prophecy of Ezekiel.  First the bones come together and form the frame, they are connected and held firm by the tendons and ligaments, they take on the ability to move with the muscles and become covered with skin beautifying them and completing their physical appearance.  This can be also be seen in the progression of the people of God.  Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Joseph and Moses, the Patriarchs, formed the bones, the structure of the Church. Those that followed, Joshua, the prophets, the Judges, David and all who lived their lives by the law of God and the examples of their forefathers held this structure together forming the sinews which hold the bones together.  And then there are the muscles of the Church, the Apostles, all the Saints reaching out extending the motion and function of the Church of the Mystical Body.   The last step in rebuilding this physical body is the skin to cover and complete.  And here is how Jesus answered Luisa's question.

 

Finding myself in my usual state, I was thinking about the Holy Divine Will, and I said to myself:  ‘All the children of the Church are members of the Mystical Body, of which Jesus is the Head.  What place will the souls who do the Will of God occupy in this Mystical Body?’  And Jesus, always benign, on coming, told me:

“My daughter, the Church is my Mystical Body, of which I glory in being the Head.  But in order to enter this Mystical Body, the members must grow to a proper stature, otherwise they would deform my Body.  But alas! how many not only do not have the due proportion, but are rotten, wounded - so much as to be disgusting to my Head and to the other healthy members.  Now, the souls who live, or will live in my Will, will be for the Body of my Church like skin to the body.  The body has internal skin and external skin, and because in the skin there is the blood circulation which gives life to the whole body, it is by virtue of this circulation that the members reach the proper stature.  If it wasn’t for the skin and for the blood circulation, the human body would be horrid to the sight, and its members would not grow to due proportion.
“Now, see how these souls who live in my Will are necessary to Me.  Since I have destined them to be like skin to the body of my Church, and like circulation of life for all the members, they will be the ones who will give the proper growth to the members which have not grown; who will heal the wounded members, and who will restore the freshness, the beauty, the splendor of the whole Mystical Body by their continuous living in my Will, rendering it fully similar to my Head, which will sit in full majesty upon all these members.  This is why the end of days cannot come if I do not have these souls who live as though dissolved in my Will - they interest Me more than anything.  What impression would this Mystical Body make in the Celestial Jerusalem without them?  And if this is what interests Me more than anything, it must interest you also more than anything, if you love Me.  From now on, I will give to your acts done in my Will the virtue of circulation of life for the whole Mystical Body of the Church.  Just like the blood circulation in the human body, your acts, extended within the immensity of my Will, will extend over all and will cover these members like skin, giving them proper growth.  Therefore, be attentive and faithful.”

So the children of the Divine Will will act as skin to the body of the Church.  And what functions does the skin serve to a body?  Skin is the largest organ of the body and protects the body from outside invaders acting a the defense.  It helps regulate water balance and warms the internal organs as well protecting from temperature changes.  And the skin beautifies as well the creature to the eyes and touch.  Internally the skin makes up the blood vessels to transport the life giving blood throughout the body, over 60,000 miles of blood vessels in each one of us.  And although the skin is not the blood, without it the blood could not circulate, could not carry it's oxygen throughout, could not dispose of the waste products, could not circulate it's immune cells throughout acting as healing, protecting and fighting off invaders.  So too the children of the Divine Will are not the Divine Life but they transport the Divine Life throughout the Mystical Body through their acts done in the Divine Will.  This is the last epoch in the ages to complete the physical appearance of the Mystical Body.  Which will bring about the needed healing, restoration, function and proper growth to all the members of the Bride of Christ, the Mystical Body.  But in Ezekiel this is not the end still there is needed the breath of God to once again bring his creature back to life, Divine Life as he originally intended.
  


I still would like to go over the Breath of God and the three prophetic words which were spoken in Ezekiel's vision needed to fully restore man but that will have to wait for another blog.  I'd like to leave this with a clearer picture of just how the creature appears before God and the tremendous folly of the love of God to which he will go in order to save, redeem and sanctify his creature in order to bring him back to himself in full health and Divine Life.




“My beloved daughter, look well at Me, that you may know my pains in depth.  My Body is the true portrait of the man who commits sin.  Sin strips him of the garments of my grace; and I let Myself be stripped of my garments so as to give grace back to him once again.  Sin deforms him, and while he is the most beautiful creature that came out of my hands, he becomes the ugliest one - disgusting and repugnant.  I was the most beautiful of men, and I can say that, in order to give beauty back to man, my Humanity took on the ugliest form.  Look at Me - how horrid I am.  I let my skin be torn off by dint of lashes, to the point that I could no longer recognize Myself.  Not only does sin take beauty away, but it forms deep wounds, rotten and gangrenous, which corrode the most intimate parts; they consume his vital humors, so everything he does are dead - skeletal works.  They snatch from him the nobility of his origin, the light of his reason - and he becomes blind.  And I, in order to fill the depth of his wounds, let my Flesh be torn to shreds; I reduced all of Myself to a wound, and by shedding my Blood in rivers, I made the vital humors flow in his soul, so as to give life back to him once again.  Ah! Had I not had the fount of the life of my Divinity within Me, which, since my Humanity died at each pain they gave Me, substituted for my life - I would have died from the very beginning of my Passion.
“Now, my pains, my Blood, my Flesh which fell off in shreds, are always in the act of giving life to man; but man rejects my Blood so as not to receive life; he tramples upon my Flesh so as to remain wounded.  Oh, how I feel the weight of ingratitude!”  And throwing Himself into my arms, Jesus burst into tears.  I clasped Him to my heart, but He was crying strongly.  What torment, to see Jesus crying!  I would have wanted to suffer any pain so that He would not cry.  So I compassionated Him, I kissed His wounds, I dried His tears; and He, as though cheered, added:  “Do you know how I act?  I act like a father who loves his son very much.  This son is blind, deformed, crippled; and his father who loves him to folly - what does he do?  He plucks out his own eyes; he tears off his own legs, tears his own skin off, and gives everything to his son, saying:  ‘I am happier to remain blind, crippled, deformed myself, as long as I see that you, my son, can see, can walk, and are beautiful.’  Oh! how happy is that father, in seeing his son look with his eyes, walk with his legs, and covered with his beauty.  But what would the sorrow of the father be, if he saw his son, ungrateful, throwing away his eyes, legs and skin, contenting himself with remaining ugly as he is?  So I am:  I took care of everything, but men, ungrateful, form my most bitter sorrow.”

Reason we must pray for the Kingdom

 The promise in the Our Father for the coming of the Kingdom is a certainty.  Jesus had said that in the Creation he did everything with out anyone praying for or interceding to him for it, however this was not the case in the Redemption and in this last epoch of the Kingdom or Sanctification.  In the Redemption the Jewish people prayed for the coming Redeemer but it wasn't until Mary's acts done in the Divine Will where the greatest effect to move the hand of God came to pass which also secured the coming of the Kingdom as well.



The same happened in Redemption. Sin was flooding the earth; the very people called the people of God, was the smallest people, and if it seemed that it occupied itself with it, it was in a superficial way. In fact, they did not possess within themselves the life of that Redeemer whom they were asking for. It can be said that they occupied themselves just like, today, the Church, consecrated people and religious, occupy themselves by reciting the Our Father. But the fullness of the Life of my Will which they ask for in the Our Father is not in them, therefore their petition ends up in words, but not in facts. But when the Queen of Heaven came, who possessed the fullness of the Divine Life, everything She asked for for the good of the peoples moved God, conquered Him, made Him decide; and in spite of the evils which were present, the Eternal Word came upon earth by means of She who already possessed Him, as He formed the whole of Her life. With the fullness of this Divine Life, She was able to move God, and so came the good of Redemption. That which all others together were not able to obtain, She obtained – the Sovereign Queen, who had conquered, first within herself, Her Creator and the fullness of all the goods which She was asking for for others; and, being the conqueror, She had the virtue of being able to impetrate and give the good which She possessed.

          “Now, this Holy Virgin held her humanity, in which bound the whole human family, almost as members to the body; and we, for her love, watching in her the whole of mankind, as she was conceived we gave the first kiss of peace to all humanity and we constituted her heir of our divine heiress, despite some ungrateful one (that) might not want to receive her.
          “Now you see, therefore, how it is certain that the Kingdom of our Will must come upon the earth, now that one exists who inherited him, and having a creature (who) inherited him who belongs to the human race, all creatures acquired the right to be able to possess him.
          “This Celestial Sovereign (Lady), taken by love, formed a pledge of herself in our creative hands, in order to have that everyone might receive this Kingdom, and since this pledge possessed the life of my Will, it contained an infinite value, that for everyone she could pledge herself.  What (a) sweet and dear pledge was this holy creature in our hands!  She, by making her life, her acts flow in our Divine Volition, formed divine coins in order to be able to pay us for those that should inherit our Divine FiatThen my humanity came, united to the Eternal Word, that with my life, sufferings, and death I disbursed the sufficient price in order to repurchase this our Divine Will, and give him to creatures as (an) inheritance that belonged to them.
         “One act, one breath, one motion in my Will contains such value, that it can buy heaven and earth, and all that which one wants. Hence, let him alone be your life and your everything.”

So with all of the acts of  Jesus and Mary to secure the Kingdom for all mankind why do we need to pray for it to come?




The Divine Being is balanced. The gift of the Divine Fiat places everything in common. In giving, Justice wants to find the prop of the acts of creatures.
 
 
After doing my usual round in the Supreme Volition, I was praying to good Jesus in the name of His Creation and Redemption, in the name of all, from the first to the last man, in the name of the Sovereign Queen and of everything She did and suffered, that the Supreme Fiat may be known, so that Its Kingdom may be established with Its full triumph and dominion. But while doing this, I thought to myself: ‘If Jesus Himself wants and loves so much that His Kingdom be established in the midst of creatures, why does He want one to pray for It with such insistence? If He wants It, He can give It without so many continuous acts.’ And my sweet Jesus, moving in my interior, told me:
“My daughter, my Supreme Being possesses the perfect balance, and also in giving my graces and my gifts to creatures; much more so, then, for this Kingdom of the Supreme Fiat, which is the greatest gift, that I had already given at the beginning of Creation, and which man rejected with so much ingratitude. Does it seem trivial to you to place a Divine Will at his disposal, with all the goods It contains? And not for one hour, or one day, but for his whole life? The Creator placing His adorable Will in the creature to be able to put His likeness, His beauty, His infinite seas of riches, of joys, of endless happiness, in common? Only by possessing Our Will could the creature acquire the rights of communion, of likeness and of all the goods of his Creator. Without It there can be no communion with Us; and if he takes anything at all, it is just Our flowerings and the crumbs of Our endless goods.
“Now, with a gift so great, a happiness so immense, a right of divine likeness with the acquisition of the nobility of Our offspring which had been rejected, do you think it is something easy that the Divine Sovereignty, without being prayed, with no one giving a thought to receiving this Kingdom of the Supreme Fiat, would give It to creatures? It would be like repeating the story that took place in the terrestrial Eden, and maybe even worse. And besides, Our Justice would be justly opposed to this. Therefore, everything I have you do, the continuous rounds in the Supreme Volition, your incessant prayers for my Will to come to reign, your sacrificed life of so many years, knowing neither heaven nor earth, directed to the sole purpose of the coming of my Kingdom – are many props that I place before my Justice, that It may surrender Its rights, and balancing Itself with all Our attributes, It may find it just for the Kingdom of the Supreme Fiat to be given back to the human generations. The same happened in Redemption; if Our Justice had not found the prayers, the sighs, the tears, the penances of the patriarchs, of the prophets and of all the good of the Old Testament, and then a Virgin Queen who possessed Our Will as whole, and who took everything to heart with so many insistent prayers, taking upon Herself the whole task of the satisfaction for all mankind, Our Justice would never have conceded the descent of the longed for Redeemer into the midst of creatures. It would have been inexorable and would have uttered a curt ‘no’ to my coming upon earth. And when it is about preserving the balance of Our Supreme Being, nothing can be done. 
“Now, who until now has ever prayed with interest, with insistence, laying down the sacrifice of his own life so that the Kingdom of the Supreme Fiat may come upon earth, and may triumph and dominate? No one. It is true that the Church has been reciting the ‘Our Father’ from the time I came upon earth, in which one asks, ‘Thy Kingdom come’, so that my Will be done on earth as It is in Heaven, but who thinks about the request they make? It can be said that the whole importance of such a request remained in my Will and that creatures recite it just to recite it, without understanding and without any interest in obtaining what they ask for. Therefore, my daughter, everything is hidden in secret while one lives on earth, and therefore everything seems a mystery; and if anything is known it is so limited, that man has always something to say about all that I operate in my works through the veils of creatures. They reach the point of saying: ‘And why have this good and these knowledges not been given before, while there have been so many great Saints?’ But in eternity there will be no secrets, I will reveal everything, and will show all things and my works with Justice, and how Justice could never have given, had there not been sufficient acts in the creature to be able to give what the Supreme Majesty wants to give. It is true that everything that the creature does is my grace, but my grace itself wants to find the prop of the dispositions and good will of the creature. Therefore, in order to restore the Kingdom of my Will upon earth it takes sufficient acts of the creature, so that my Kingdom may not remain in the air, but may descend, to be formed upon the very acts of the creature formed by her to obtain a good so great.
“This is why I push you so much to go around in all Our works – Creation and Redemption – so that you may place the share of your acts, your ‘I love You’,your adoration, your gratitude, your ‘thank You’ upon all Our works. Many times I have done this together with you; and then, as the fulfillment, after your round in Our Will comes your refrain, so pleasing to Us: ‘Supreme Majesty, your little daughter comes before You, on your paternal knees, to ask You for your Fiat, your Kingdom, that It be known by all. I ask You for the triumph of your Will, that It may dominate and reign over all. I am not the only one who asks this of You, but with me are your works and your very Will. Therefore, in the name of all, I ask – I plead for your Fiat.’ If you knew what a breach in Our Supreme Being is this refrain of yours! We feel We are being prayed by all Our works, beseeched by Our very Will; Heaven and earth pray on their knees to ask Us for the Kingdom of the Eternal Will. Therefore, if you want It, continue your acts, so that, by reaching the established number, you may obtain what you long for with so much insistence.”

God is balanced in all of his attributes and in mankind initially rejecting the Kingdom of the Divine Will there now must be a response from man in order to receive it again.  More so that God does not want to see a repeated fall as occurred in Eden.  Just as in the Redemption where the whole Jewish nation prayed for the coming Redeemer but without results until the Virgin, doing eternal acts in the Divine Will, came and completed the necessary corresponding acts on behalf of man to move God to act so it is now with this third epoch of Sanctification in the coming of the Kingdom.  There is a concrete number of acts required on behalf of mankind and because the Kingdom is to reign in each individual, each must be disposed to come to know and long for the Kingdom so that it might not be rejected again but treasured and safeguarded. 




Now, before my coming upon earth, even though my Divine Will was present in the midst of creatures with Its immensity, the relationships that existed between It and them, however, were as if It lived in a foreign land, and they received from afar the scarce communications, the brief news, which announced to them my coming upon earth. What sorrow, for It to be in their midst, while they do not recognize It, and they keep It so far away from their wills, as if It were in a foreign land. With my coming, since I possessed It as life and my Humanity recognized It, loved It and let It reign, through Me It drew closer to the creatures, and the relationships It had with them were as if It lived no longer in a foreign land, but in their own lands. But since they did not know It, nor did they give It dominion in order to let It reign, it cannot be said that my Divine Volition formed Its Kingdom. Therefore, my coming upon earth served to draw the two wills, human and Divine, closer to each other, and to place them in intimate relations, and to increase the news in order to make It known; so much so, that I taught the ‘Our Father’, making them say: ‘Your Kingdom come, your Will be done on earth as It is in Heaven.’ If my Will does not live on earth as It does in Heaven, it cannot be said that It has Its Kingdom in the midst of creatures. And therefore, in the time of Its Kingdom, It will be present not only in their midst, but inside each one of them as perennial Life; and in order to come to this, It must be recognized – how It is like head and primary life of each creature; and because this head is not recognized, Its Strength, Its Sanctity, Its Beauty, does not flow to the members, nor can It let Its noble and divine blood flow in their veins, and therefore the life of Heaven cannot be seen in creatures. So, this is why I love so much that my Divine Will be known – knowledge will make love arise; and feeling loved and longed for, It will feel drawn to come to reign in the midst of creatures.”

 Acts done outside of the Divine Will can never move a God who being Divine is eternal. Eternal acts are required.   It is these knowledges that Jesus is giving to us in this our age that open the door to us to do these eternal acts which will call down the Kingdom both upon the earth and within the earth of our beings.

Chastisments and Triumph of the Church

So, back to speaking of the church and what she will undergo.  Jesus speaks of those who pretend to be his children but in fact they will be his most fierce enemies as well as of the Church.  He especially refers to false priests and and how few true ones there will be to administer the sacraments.
 
Chastisements. The children of the Church will be Her fiercest enemies.
The thought of the scourges, and of the fact that I might foment them by going out of that state by myself, pierced my heart. The confessor continued not to be well. I prayed and cried, and I could not make up my mind. Blessed Jesus would come like a flash and then run away, leaving me free. Finally, moved to compassion, He came, and compassionating and caressing all of me, told me:
“My daughter, your constancy conquers Me. Love and prayer bind Me and almost wage battle against Me. Therefore I have come to be with you for a little while, for I could resist no more. Poor daughter, do not cry - here I am, all for you. Patience, courage - don’t lose heart. If you knew how much I suffer… but the ingratitude of creatures forces Me to do this - their enormous sins, their incredulity, almost wanting to challenge Me. And this is the least - if I told you about the religious side... how many sacrileges! How many rebellions! How many pretend to be my children, while they are my fiercest enemies! These false sons are usurpers, self-interested and incredulous; their hearts are bilges of vice. These very sons will be the first to wage war against the Church - they will try to kill their own Mother! Oh! how many of them are already about to come out into the field. Now there is war among governments and countries; soon they will make war against the Church, and Her greatest enemies will be Her own children. My Heart is lacerated with sorrow. But in spite of all this, I will let this storm pass by, and the face of the earth and the churches be washed by the blood of the same ones who have smeared them and contaminated them. You too, unite yourself to my sorrow - pray and be patient in watching this storm pass by.”
But who can say my torment? I felt I was more dead than alive. May Jesus be always blessed, and may His Holy Will be always done.

“Ah! my daughter, there will be contentions among them; death will claim many lives, and also priests. Oh! how many masks dressed as priests. I want to remove them before the persecution against my Church and revolutions arise; who knows - they might convert at the moment of death. Otherwise, if I leave them there, during the persecution these masks will remove the mask, will unite with the sectarians, and will be the fiercest enemies of the Church; and their salvation will be more difficult.”
And I, all afflicted, said: ‘Ah! my Jesus, what pain, to hear You speak of these blessed chastisements. And the peoples -what shall they do without priests? They are already few enough; You want to take away more – and who will administer the Sacraments? Who will teach your laws?’
And Jesus: “My daughter, do not afflict yourself too much; the scarce number is nothing. I will give to one the grace and the strength that I give to ten - to twenty; and one will be worth ten, or twenty. I can make up for everything. And besides, the many priests who are not good are the poison of the peoples; instead of good, they do evil, and I do nothing other than remove the first elements that poison the peoples.”

In the first reading he talked about those who pretend to be his children.  There is one point where I found where he describes the characteristics of what a true child of God is.  It certainly gives pause for self evaluation.


The characteristics of the children of God: love for the cross, love for the glory of God, and love for the glory of the Church.
Continuing in my poor state of privation and of unspeakable bitterness – at the most, He makes Himself seen in silence – this morning He told me: “My daughter, the characteristics of my children are: love for the cross, love for the glory of God, and love for the glory of the Church - to the point of laying down their lives. One who does not have these characteristics, in vain calls himself my son; one who dares to say it, is a liar and a traitor who betrays God and himself. Take a look into yourself, to see whether you have them.” And He disappeared.

As I told the confessor about my concerns that my state may not be Will of God, and that, at least as a test, I wanted to try to make an effort to go out of it and see whether I could manage or not, without raising his usual difficulties, the confessor said: “All right, tomorrow you will try.” So I was left as if I had been freed of an enormous weight. Now, after he celebrated Holy Mass and I received Communion, I saw my adorable Jesus in my interior for just a little, His gaze fixed on me, His hands joined, in the act of asking for pity and help. At that moment I found myself outside of myself, inside a room in which there was a lady, majestic and venerable, but gravely infirm. She was inside a bed with a headboard so high as to almost touch the vault, and I was forced to stay over this headboard, in the arms of a priest, in order to keep it still and to look at the poor ill one. While in this position, I saw a few religious surrounding and offering their cares to the patient, and saying among themselves with intense bitterness: “She is ill, she is ill - it would take nothing more than a little shake.” And I was taking care of keeping the headboard of the bed still, for fear that, if the bed moved, she might die.
But seeing that things were dragging on, and almost getting annoyed by that idleness, I said to the one who was holding me: ‘For pity’s sake, let me get down; I am doing nothing good, nor am I helping anyone – why stay here, so useless? If I get down, at least I can serve her, help her.’ And he: “Did you not hear that even a little shake could make her get worse and cause most sad things to happen to her? If you get down, since there is no one to keep the bed still, she may even die.” And I: ‘But how can it be possible that, by just doing this, this good can come to her? I don’t believe it - for pity’s sake, let me get down.’ So, after I repeated these words several times, he put me down on the floor, and by myself, with no one holding me, I drew near the ill one, and to my surprise and sorrow I saw that the bed was moving. At those movements, her face went blue, she trembled and emitted a death rattle. Those few religious were crying and saying: “There is no more time, she is in the extreme moments now.” Then some enemies entered – soldiers and captains – to beat the ill one; but, dying as she was, that lady got up with intrepidness and majesty to be wounded and beaten. On seeing this, I trembled like a reed, and I said to myself: ‘I have been the cause of this, I myself have given the push for so much evil to happen.’ And I understood that that lady represented the Church, infirm in Her members, with many other meanings which it seems useless to me to explain, because they can be comprehended by reading what I have written.

It seems to me in today's world we draw ever nearer this image between the sex scandals, the conflict between the Vatican and the religious and the differing desires among the secular.  The Church is truly in a precarious position.  Lusia later on goes on to further explain the vision by obedience to her confessor.
 
To obey the confessor, I continue to tell the other meanings I understood on the 24th of this month. So, the lady represented the Church, who is infirm, not in Herself, but in Her members; but even though She is laid low and insulted by enemies, and rendered infirm in Her very members, She never loses Her majesty and venerability. As for the bed She was in, I understood that while the Church seems oppressed, infirm, opposed, She yet rests with a perpetual and eternal rest, and with peace and safety in the paternal bosom of God, like a child on the lap of her mother. I understood that the headboard of the bed that touched the vault was the divine protection that always assists the Church, and that everything She contains has all come from Heaven: Sacraments, doctrine and other things – everything is celestial, holy and pure, in such a way that between Heaven and the Church there is continuous communication, never interrupted. As for the few religious who offered care and assistance to the lady, I understood that few are those who defend the Church with all of themselves - considering the evils She receives as though given to themselves. The room in which She resided, made of stone, represented the solidity, the firmness, and even the hardness of the Church in surrendering to no one the rights that belong to Her. The dying lady who, with intrepidness and courage, allows herself to be beaten by the enemies, represented the Church which, while She seems to be dying, rises again more intrepid– but how? Through sufferings and shedding of blood – the true spirit of the Church, always ready for mortification, as Jesus Christ was.

He also speaks of the triumph of the cross and the Church after the chastisements.
 

By shunning the cross one remains in the dark.
This morning my adorable Jesus came all glorious, with His wounds more refulgent than suns, and with a cross in His hand. In the meantime I also saw a wheel with four sections of it leaning out, while it seemed that another section shunned the light and remained in the dark. In this darkening the people remained as though abandoned by God, and bloody wars would happen against the Church and against themselves. Ah, it seemed that the things said by blessed Jesus in the past are approaching at a fast pace! Now, on seeing all this, moved to compassion, Our Lord drew near the dark part, and He cast the cross He had in His hand upon it, saying with sonorous voice: “Glory to the cross!” And it seemed that that cross would call back the light, and the peoples, stirring themselves, would implore help and aid. Jesus repeated: “All the glory and triumph will be of the cross, otherwise the remedies will make the very evils worse. Therefore, the cross, the cross!” Who can say how afflicted I was left, and concerned for what might happen?

... in one flash I saw the whole Church, the wars which the religious must go through and which they must receive from others, and wars among societies. There seemed to be a general uproar. It also seemed that the Holy Father would make use of very few religious people, both for bringing the state of the Church, the priests and others to good order, and for the society in this state of turmoils. Now, while I was seeing this, blessed Jesus told me: “Do you think that the triumph of the Church is far?” And I: ‘Yes indeed – who can put order in so many things that are messed up?’ And He: “On the contrary, I tell you that it is near. It takes a clash, but a strong one, and therefore I will permit everything together, among religious and secular, so as to shorten the time. And in the midst of this clash, all of big chaos, there will be a good and orderly clash, but in such a state of mortification, that men will see themselves as lost. However, I will give them so much grace and light that they may recognize what is evil and embrace the truth, making you suffer also for this purpose. If with all this they do not listen to Me, then I will take you to Heaven, and things will happen even more gravely, and will drag on a little longer before the longed-for triumph.”

It seems to me that that people have not listened and that things are now dragging on, but the triumph will still come.  It is foretold by Jesus and will come as he states at most it will only be delayed for a bit.  And what will bring about this triumph?  He clearly states this as well.  It is these very Volumes on the Divine Will which will renew the Church and bring about her triumph. 

 
Do you see how necessary it is to make them understand that complete abandonment is needed in order to live in my Will? And you say it was not necessary to write about it. I feel compassion for you, because you do not see what I see, and therefore you take it lightly. But in my all-seeingness, I see that these writings will be for my Church like a new sun which will rise in Her midst; and drawn by its blazing light, creatures will apply themselves in order to be transformed into this light and become spiritualized and divinized, in such a way that, as the Church will be renewed, they will transform the face of the earth. The doctrine on my Will is the purest, the most beautiful, not subject to any shadow of the material or of interest, both in the supernatural and in the natural order. Therefore, like sun, it will be the most penetrating, the most fecund, and the most welcomed and appreciated. And being light, of its own it will make itself understood and will make its way. It will not be subject to doubts or suspicions of error; and if some word is not understood, it will be because of too much light which, eclipsing the human intellect, will not allow them to comprehend the whole fullness of the truth. However, they will find not a word which is not truth. At the most, they will not be able to comprehend it fully. Therefore, in view of the good which I see, I push you to neglect nothing in writing. One saying, one effect, one simile about my Will can be like beneficial dew upon souls, just as dew is beneficial on the plants after a day of burning sun, or like a pouring rain after long months of drought. You cannot understand all the good, the light, the strength contained in each word; but your Jesus knows it, and knows the ones whom it must serve and the good it must do.” Now, as He was saying this, He showed me a table in the middle of the Church, and all the writings about the Divine Will placed upon it. Many venerable people surrounded that table and became transformed into light and divinized; and as they walked, they communicated that light to whomever they encountered. Then Jesus added: “You will see this great good from Heaven, when the Church will receive this celestial food, which will strengthen Her and make Her rise again in Her full triumph.”

She states that she saw many venerable people being transformed into light and divinized by these very Volumes.  This is not limited to priests or religious.  All are welcome to reach for the heights that these Volumes can bring a soul.  And what good can that soul than effect?!  The very triumph of the Church.
