The next tier of angels consist of the Dominions, Virtues and Powers. These next three begin the direct interaction with our known universe. This tier is commonly thought of as governors or administrators of the cosmos. I should also mention that the commonly accepted hierarchy of the angels by Christians was largely discribed by Pseudo-Dionysius and St Thomas Aquinas. They mostly developed this from Eph. 1:20-21 20 God put this power to work in Christ when he raised him from the dead and seated him at his right hand in the heavenly places, 21 far above all rule and authority and power and dominion, and above every name that is named, not only in this age but also in the age to come., and Colossians 1:16 16 for in him all things in heaven and on earth were created, things visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or powers—all things have been created through him and for him. 4 The Dominions
"The highest of the Angels of the Cosmos dwell in
the Choir known as Dominions, though some have referred to them as
Dominations. The power of the Dominion
Choir is so vast that it transcends the human imagination. All leadership over created matter emanates
from the Dominions, who receive their power and assignments from the
Thrones. Their power is then mediated
from the Dominions to the lesser Choirs of angels over the entire cosmos,
including the planet Earth. The
Dominions represent exquisite order and discipline of order. The law of perfect cause and effect flows
through them to all creation. Dominions are
angels of leadership. They dispense to
the lower Choirs of Angels, who travel about the cosmos and the world showing
people the proper things to do and the attitudes to preserve in order to be
happy. Those who befriend the Dominion
Choir of Angels and allow their Guardian Angel to access their power level have
no difficulty making correct decisions.
They have fulfilling and prosperous relationships. They enjoy their lives immensely. They are
"natural" leaders, for all authentic leadership resides in God and is
mediated according to His Will. The
Dominions are know as Spirits of Wisdom.
The Prophet Isaiah calls wisdom the highest of the gifts of the Holy
Spirit of Love. Understanding, counsel,
fortitude, knowledge, godliness, and fear of the Lord flow from the gift of
wisdom. Those who bear the favor and
protection of the Dominion Choir of Angels draw near to the Holy Spirit of Love
and experience a profusion of those gifts.
All angels, but especially the Dominions, are filled with wisdom. Their assignment is the universe in which we
dwell. They mediate perfectly the Holy
Spirit of Love. They long to communicate
the Holy Spirit of Love. to us. Those
who have befriended the powerful Dominion Choir of Angels may not see these
Angels of Leadership, but they constantly experience their effects. Living replicas of Divine Beauty, the
Dominion angels are filled with zeal for the splendor and order of
creation. The Dominions greatly
transcend the sovereignty of the lesser Choirs of Angels, who are subject to
them in obedience. Their love is a powerful tool
when we invite them to lead with us in our tasks and assignments. The more significant the assignment, the more
that is needed of the graciousness, wisdom, and power of God that resides in
the Dominion Choir of Angels. The
Dominions, as bearers of Divine Wisdom and the gifts of the Holy Spirit, are
great Ministers of God's Justice to the cosmos and the world. They govern the forces of chaos, especially
unruly passions. The Dominions receive
their instructions directly from the Thrones, who dwell in the very presence of
God. For that reason Dominions are far
above Powers and Virtues, who may approach the Dominions only at their beckon. The mediated guidance of the entire Angelic
Court is a mystery of God's Graciousness."
The planet which corresponds to the Dominions is Mars.
5 The Virtues
“The Shining Ones”
“govern all of nature…control seasons, stars, moon, sun
–in charge of miracles and provide courage, grace, valor.”
The Virtues are said to implement the orders of the Dominions and the have control over all "heavenly bodies to ensure order."
Jupiter is the corresponding planet to the Virtues.
'I was following the Divine Will, making my rounds through all of creation, and as I was doing my acts, my sweet Jesus made Himself seen in my interior gathering up these acts, which were all of light, into my lap. One was more refulgent than the next, one more beautiful than the other, and He called the Angels and let them know part of these acts. As He did so they competed with each other to receive them, and in triumph they carried them to heaven. And Jesus, all goodness, said to me:
“My daughter, the value of the acts done in My Will is so great, that the Angels esteem themselves fortunate to receive them.They see in them the Creative Virtue.They feel in these acts the echo of the Divine Fiat, and while they are light they are divine voices; and while they are voices, they are music, beauty, bliss, holiness, [and] Divine science, and since My Will is (the value of heaven), the Angels strive to bring the acts done in It into their Celestial residence.All that which is done in My Supreme Volition cannot rest on earth; what’s more they do them on [earth], but My own Volition, as a magnet, brings them back into their Source, and gives birth to them in Heaven.”'

6 The Powers
“Potentates –fight against evil spirits who
attempt to wreak chaos through humans.”
"The Powers are ranked
among the Angels of the Cosmos by Saint Thomas Aquinas. They are recognized as special Warrior Angels
against evil. They defend the cosmos,
including humans, against evil. The
Powers particularly watch over and come to the assistance of those who govern
countries, cities, congregations, and agencies.
They are tireless defenders of goodness.
They are so intelligent that they can detect schemes and tricks before
they happen. They always send warnings
to us when others seek to hurt us.
Survival requires that, through the mercy of God, we hear their
voices. They speak only in silence."
“Samael or Camael”
The Powers representative planet is Saturn.
On November 22, as I kept feeling ill again, blessed Jesus came and told me: “My beloved, do you want to come?” And I: ‘Yes, don’t leave me on this earth any longer.’ And He: “Yes, I want to content you once and for all.” As He was saying this, I felt my stomach and my throat close, in such a way that nothing could enter any more; I could barely pull in a breath, feeling suffocated. Then I saw that blessed Jesus called the Angels, and said to them: “Now that the victim is coming, suspend the fortresses, so that the peoples may do what they want.” And I: ‘Lord, who are they?’ And He: “They are the Angels that keep the cities. As long as the cities are assisted by the fortress of divine protection communicated to the Angels, they can do nothing; but once this protection is removed due to the grave sins they commit, and they are left on their own, they can make revolution and any sort of evil.”
